Yes placement is huge, and also doing the metal piping fittings for ethernet lines externally. 

Inside of SDIRA you can invest in almost anything (private placement, Gold Bars, REI, A passive business, crowdfunding REI) I am sure Carl could do this part more justice than me. 

Having an outside contractor do it could be problematic, since satellite positioning must be precise and if you attempt to move the equipment on your own the company won't guarantee their service to the tenant.

Do they charge half or even all of first months rent for new tenant placement?

I have read around a bit but I am unclear how the quick claim deed precisely allows you to circumnavigate cloud on title to transfer the deed.

I see numbers thrown around for things like, number of letters, and bandit sign placement but these are obviously people that have been in the business and have the funds set for marketing.
