It also has a smallish ski resort in my town (Mullan, ID), another ski resort 20 minutes away (Kellogg, ID), as well as snowmobile/other winter activities draw in the snowy season too.

Since I came across some multifamily properties, and today is the first time I managed to use my pc since I last posted (not working right on my cell phone), may be a good opportunity to ask your opinion (and anyone else who happens to read this post, please feel free to share your thoughts), would a property in a "seasonal" location, i.e ski resort be a good investment whether for short term rentals i.e Airbnb or long-term one.
