I am attempting to rent it for $1495 with a deposit of $1495 and $250 non-refundable pet deposit, however I have had maybe 5 calls since I put the sign up (3 days ago) and one showing.I don't want to wait 3 weeks, before I realize to lower the price; however at the same time I don't want to jump into this with such a low price.
