Looking for a great property manager in Lakewood, NY

So I just purchased my first out of state rental property in Lakewood, NY and I'm having a hard time finding a great property manager to manage my duplex. The property is in a nice part of town and a very nice rental in terms of location, quality units, and solid cash flow. I've reached out to multiple property managers and no one returns my calls or emails. I'm starting to think I should just try to do it myself, but that is less than ideal since i live out of state...Does anyone have any suggestions or referrals? If I can't find a PM, does anyone have any experience/pointers on how to I should go about managing these units myself? TIA for any insight you have to offer!
