It would be a wonderful world if everyone could afford every safety device and had time to research them, but the truth is that sometimes you have to wait until time and money permit you to set up things for a large company. 

Got busted pulling permits for one part of the job without having the general permit required by the city.

Not sure of Columbia, MD, but in Annapolis, MD, you cannot simply choose not to participate or not to go through inspection process as all rental properties are required to be permitted and have an inspection, not just Section 8, and you cannot discriminate against Section 8 source of income.  

I graduated from college two years ago with a degree in civil engineering and love my day job as a construction project manager.

Go to school, get good grades, go to college, get a good job when you graduate, save for retirement, work 40 years for a company, you'll be okay.You're challenging that.

Hello All, Aspiring real estate in the Woodlands, TX/Spring, TX Area. 2 years out of college, living and working in The Woodlands as an Engineer for a downstream Oil and Gas company.

I see college rentals advertised with 5 bedrooms and I know that landlord is violating the law.

Is this a good career move right out of college?
