In short though, looking for published books completely outside of BP is probably your cheapest bet for getting legit education.

I did find one newly published Notice of Petition to Administer Estate.This was published in The Antelope Valley Press.

The most important thing you do first is to invest in your self meaning learning, network, get involve with local RE investors organization and most important interactions with others on BP and read the newly mint published BRRRR book.
