worst yet when i go to the zEstimate link, it takes me to a totally different property listing in another state.when i google image search my home's photos, i find them on a wide array of apartments for rent listings nationwide, multiple states!

Rently is an established company nationwide and if Security was an actual issue, they're business model probably wouldn't be so successful.  

I have a buyer that in is several markets nationwide wanting to purchase pre-leased homes.

You can do a general warranty deed (whatever they call it there) and it simply is subject to the existing loans and any outstanding taxes.
