Fred Stevenson first, this is a high class problem to have, so congratulations.I was going to suggest the same thing Michael Lee did - speak with a smaller bank that does portfolio lending.My local portfolio lender does not have a limit (in theory) on number of properties and does not care if properties are in a LLC or not.
