If your contractor is good on time, money and quality, explain your issue, and move on to the next project.Full disclosure: I’m an electrical contractor and I once watched a person install a fixture meant to go on a ceiling as a wall fixture above a bathroom mirror (the fixture was 3 independent lights hanging by 4” hollow metal tubes off of one common frame with the bottom of the bulbs facing out of the glass trims).

The one time it didn't work out, they managed to hang on for about 18 months, until things totally fell apart and they couldn't pay the rent anymore.

If you want to live in the cheapest rent area, look for 4-plex, but once you are there, you don’t want to live there...Gangster, drugs, robbery, break-in...Bikes all the over the places, clothes hanging on the patio for sun drying, very messy look... neighborhood are extremely run down, doesn’t look good at all...After looking at the run down and very ugly 4-plex area, most investors don’t have the appetite to invest there at all...Sorry for the negative comments...But it is the truth feeling...
