@Stone Teran  two things I look for is the NMLS # on website : CheckCalifornia brokers license on Webstie :  Checknow just to the state  agencies and look up those license numbers you will see if they are in good standing had complaints of a serious nature etc.just by looking at their web page for 30 seconds I would say they are most likely legit.but do check on the state sites to verify.

@Motu Lemafa, I suggest you just engage as many people as you can in-person to what you want to do and be naturally curious.For me, getting new clients has been hard though the referrals have started to come.

The market is dynamistic in nature, so I won't go as far as saying it has permanently changed.Certain factors are playing a major role in the rising prices we are experiencing today such as the move to suburban from urban centers; however, these trends might be short-lived depending on how well people receive the vaccine, literally I mean. 

I focus on having a natural conversation where the lead feels comfortable with me.

Everything included in rehabbing is in my nature and right up my alley.

Naturally I went with the first one I found and since I was preoccupied with other matters there was not an in-depth conversation.
