Perhaps my lack of clarity on the issue comes only from the accountant and attorney around me talking about selling mobile homes (which we do rarely and not for much direct profit).

Prospects will say "OK" and still give a mobile phone number and later say that's the only number they have and they thought it was a LL.

I think MHP=mobile home parks. 

This would be for a number of single family homes and mobile homes.  

Mobile homes with no land, or vacant lots, or minimum bid was crazy high above value of the property.

But if you target specific properties, you could be accused of poaching if your letter goes to someone who already has an agency relationship.If you form an LLC with the intention of conducting real estate business, the LLC will need a brokers license.
