The second thing I learned mostly when marketing to NOD's was people become more motivated the closer the sale date gets.Thinking out loud, since this is a group I well go back to at some point, I wonder if longer times between mailings at first then increase the frequency as the sale date gets closer?

I want to use this thread here to take you with me on my journey from total wholesaling newbie to (hopefully) wholesaling pro/king/rock star/etc.

I don't like vinyl siding and we do not use it anymore for new builds here.The vinyl gets cracks in it form baseballs and rock flying from the lawn mower.The wind can peel back pieces as well.Even if you have extra pieces to replace the color is off from years of fading from the sun hitting the vinyl so the colors do not match up exactly.The vinyl starts warping and buckling as well from the temperatures.Your vinyl looks in good shape though but eventually you might have to go with a hardi-plank in the future.

Her grandchildren who everyday in the morning refuse to play at their side of their apartments, but going through my side of apartment, my window, my stairs running up and down loudly.

Hey Larry, I live over in Newton - about a 45 minute drive east on I-80 from your neck of the woods.Anyways, after the fall of Maytag, it pretty much rocked this city to it's knees.
