They have worked so hard to give my brother and I everything we have and now, in their early 60's, there is no light at the end of the "9 to 5 job" tunnel for them.

Anyone that can shed some light in this would be appreciated.To me, it looks like most turnkey are priced so they are a little under the 1% rule.So, they seem to cash flow, but with COC percent returns a little below some other markets.Does this see correct to y'all?

A fixed piece of glass or painted piece of plywood (if no light is needed) would look much better and probably be easier to install...
