Also, Instead of just trying to get a P&S contract with the seller and stressing myself to find a buyer to assign It to in time, I'd rather carry a note and actually have rights to the lot so if I choose to keep it and build on it in the near future, then I still have the option to do so.

We are good tenants and so is the other tenant there was no other reason. what choices do we have if we dont find somewhere to buy before we need to movei hear in usa its not easy to evict a tenant but i also dont want stress of courts or what does it entaili dont know if myself and the other tenant can ask nicely for more timewill we have to move and rent elsewhere paying much higher rent until we find somewhere to buywill we manage to buy in time and everyone will be happy.can anyone give any helpful advice or info about the choices we have please.

I currently invest in Baltimore, but I would be wary of investing there without being intimately familiar with the place - at the very least, you should finding someone there (eg an agent) you can fully trust.
