The units could EASILY be rented for $550-$600 even without the minor upgrades and central heat/air units that I'm going to install (all of them currently have AC and gas heaters.)

Hi,If you are looking to save money and also a solution to leaking, i would suggest to reinstall roofing with modified bitumen, it will make your space more elegant and attractive, This option is not so long lasting, but is costs less & In terms of durability i would prefer you to go for EPDM method for re-installing roofing.

Hi Community,I’ve never installed sod before but did so for the first time last Thursday here in Boston.

Install is very quick and simple as well.

Replacing the 1950's R5 paper-backed rock wool insulation in the walls with R24 worth of closed-cell spray foam; adding 6" of blown cellulose to the attic (to bring it to R50); installing an R10 subfloor over the slab; and installing a ductless split heat pump cost us ~8K.

I'm wondering a few things, but mostly has anyone done this and how much more (in %) they were able to get for their units after installing them? 

Something simple and fairly straightforward would be to use a Wordpress installation.  

I like the floating floors due to ease of installation and it's not near as messy as the glue down floors. 

However, if the recessed lights are above a standard 8' ceiling height, we will actually install the light bulb, if they provide it.

They may install and read the meter for you if you install all the water lines.
