@Dennis M. unless there’s integrity involved, which is unfortunately missing in some landlord-tenant relationships.

Money will never beat relationship building and gaining a proper education so your in the money right now you just have to figure out a way to put it into your account .

I could be wrong here, but I find such value in making business relationships with people IN PERSON.

Either way, it's wise to use that equity, capitalize on historically low interest rates and put your money to work.
