Aside from that the inspector will most likely look inside all of the electrical panels to check the wiring, check the attic for proper insulation & leaks, each unit for any life & health safety items, & overall the entire building.

Either case sounds like there is going to be a 1-2 year period surrounded by constant construction from 9am to 5pm.I understand the dilemma,  as a few years ago I decided to sell my primary residence  (also a duplex)  to developers as the townhouses closed in from all directions.Good luck.

Landlords can evict tenants that are creating safety or health hazards for other tenants, and those tenants who do not submit hardship declarations.”There are a few different pieces here- yes, you will need to give 30 days notice even for this now tenant at will, and following you may or may not receive payment for the 30 day period.
