basically 34K per door lon bld 1 and 26.5 K per door on the other,, the second property would be my first look and I prefer 1 br units to larger ones, easier to fill, you can limit occupancy to 1 person, less wear and tear and less noise.. make sure you have plenty of parking..

But I have 3 kids including a very little one :-) who is constantly making noise and I just can't take her to the showings with me and I don't want to sound unprofessional on the phone with all that noise my kids make.

They cause any issues for other tenants, for example coming home late, making noise at 3am and bothering tenants below, having people come over late at night, etc?

We've got a tenant complaining about noise from the family upstairs.

Start calling / grinding and talk to everyone you know locally, im sure you can find something in Chicago. 

@Cassi JustizI wouldn’t waste my time and not even so much for the loud noise but a mother is going to be concerned for her kids being near train tracks and that could really hurt you .if you got a smoking deal on it then that would be one thing ...

Could a RE tease out some signal through the noise in the national builders stock price to arrive at a conclusion about their investments?
