Hey guys,I’m reading David Greene’s book about the BRRRR and I have a question.

The Med Center is a target spot for us right now with all of the new green lit construction and jobs being added, so we decided to keep it.

I have been listening to the BP RE podcast for while and reading books to educate myself.Now, I don’t know how to start because i don’t know if I can get a loan since I’m not a green card holder yet.

Hi BP members,I have read David Greens book on long distance BRRRR and I really want to get my first deal done ASAP.

If I could do it over, I absolutely would have requested the full six months (on top of terminal leave) and applied for the opportunity to work (unpaid internship) with David Greene or Brandon Turner like a few others have done in the past.
