You might think this is extreme, but it probably isn't.

Depending on layout, conversion to central air could be somewhat straight-forward, or extremely difficult.

Eventually, they build their wholesaler rolodex large enough that it's extremely difficult for me to be the first to bring a deal, unless I am the wholesaler (something I intend to do more of in the future, for this very reason).

I guess extreme option is even to buy it in cash, pocket the $2,600 on monthly basis.
