Thanks for sharing your well-written thoughts.I see evidence of the same in the tenants I've had - there's differences in what seems reasonable to them, and I see a correlation based on where they came from (duh).I've literally had tenants hug me when I tell them I accepted their rental application - that sort of demand and tight market impacts how they behave, how they respond when problems happen, and how they react to rent increases.

Yeah the project does sound exciting . between the turn of the century and 1930 ish over 2 million lots were created in those two counties those are basically the biggest counties in size in the US.. you see evidence of it.. when you see a MH stuck what looks like in the middles of nowhere but those are all platted parcels..
