The software is really intuitive and easy to use.

Their systems make it easy on both us, and the tenants, and we greatly appreciate their owner portals and end of year reports for when it's time to file taxes.

In two months you can only clean up, paint and carpet, maybe a few other easy things (there is always something!). 

I'm eager to hear about your experiences and happy to connect. 

Frankly if I were you I would connect with very experienced investors here  , get a  JV and partner with a few deals and get  some money out and a lot of knowledge and also  attend a few meetups etc.. 

I know the easy answer here is to find a new tax pro, but is there anyway to check if my taxes were filed?

It's easy to obtain, costs very little, and doesn't require extra, on-going effort to maintain.
