If you sell it, you give that up.Comment:  Not if you can double the return by getting more than one property from it.Then you can use the HELOC as a tool to get another property and create the second property as an asset.

So I have been doing some serious debating for a while now on whether to sell one of my very good cash flowing 4 bedroom 4 bathroom single family rentals in the hot, in my opinion overpriced, Madison, Wi area for a large profit and reinvest the profit into a larger property or to hold onto it and keep the cash flow coming in.

My building has 2 locked doors (front and side) to the inside (not double doors like the post above) so if it was on the inside then nobody could see this sign unless they had a key to the building and/or were let into the building by someone with a key.
