Yes I couldn’t agree more, the Home I purchased with my VA loan is in a great upcoming developing neighborhood.

I had a lot more time to prospect for properties to flip, by this time I was sick of being a landlord and only did flips, and for the work to get places up to my specs.

Hello all, I am looking to connect with experts in land development.  

These last 2 questions defy logic in my mind, but some developers have built strip centers this way. 2.

A partner of mine and I are looking to start a 6-9 lot SFR development in an up-in-coming area in Los Angeles, CA. 

I'm a developer with ground up projects in the $20m-$40m range as well as multifamily acquisitions. 

So we decided in lieu of selling our house we'd rent it.It was kind of a hybrid situation with the PM - we'd spent some time developing a relationship - she managed a large 200-300 unit apartment complex and was the head PM there - she was familiar with the tenant as he'd rented at her apt complex for 2-3 years with no problems. 

In such a short amount of time I've developed a passion for the business and love spending every chance I get to learn.

Dont know what new developments are coming, but there must be a lot.
