I'm very excited to start my journey with you all and only hope some day I'm able to pay it forward.I'm still trying to nail down the exact niche i think would best fit my personality, but  I do have an affinity for mobile home parks.

I have done everything from mobile homes to mansions and have just gotten tired of seeing everyone else make tons of money and me just barely scrape by. 

A "building-ready" lot is worth around $100k and there are plenty of these with old mobile homes, in about that price range, that can be quickly replaced with a new house, without having to go through time-consuming septic approvals, environmental reviews etc.

Also, looking for real estate agents who have experience in finding mobile home parks or good land deals!!

Hey guys, I am currently marketing for my first mobile home deal.

I am interested in buy & hold, wholesaling, flipping, though I am of course open to other methods (are mobile homes different from regular buy & hold?).

Monthly Gross from rents is $3200.00 Net is $2000.00. i have a 4 plex, one mobile home I own, and one mobile home that I just rent a spot to on this property.

It's just a better fit for me.I'm sure KW would have been fantastic if I had the time to dedicate to their "programs" on the front end, but I just don't.  

We also own two double wide mobile homes fully paid.
