@Dion DePaoli  I know you don't usually chim in on these topics it is one that is debated heavily, by the wholesaling without a license crowd who looks for any way to couch their deals to make them legal.What most do is say they are just selling a contract... not selling a property.. however having been around the block a few times myself..

@Nghi Le   don't know specifically about Washington but ORegon you do have to pass a test and take continuing ed  just like you do for RE license and Mortgage origination license.Its the same thing with wholesaling properties that are talked or debated ad nauseaum  on this site  do you need a RE license or can you wholesale without... some states say no and enforce it some states say no and look the other way...
