Their interface is clunky at best but they do the full credit, eviction, and criminal check and you can have the applicant pay for it directly rather than pulling a fee and paying yourself.Cozy.co also provides a screening service, but unless they have updated it they were missing one of the big 3 checks last I looked.

Your best bet is to use the public records available today to landlords which include credit reports, criminal convictions, and eviction history.
