Renter rating software would be a huge help.

Has anybody ever seen or heard of a renter rating software like Uber uses on there riders. It seems to me like something that a lot of landlords would subscribe to. I know I would. If I could go to one site and see what previous landlords have said about a tenant that would be awesome. Instead of relying on the tenants references (that is probably there best friend) or a current landlord that tells you there great so they can get them out of there property. If you could rate them on how well they maintain your property and how well they paid it would be a huge help when I am screening tenets. It just seems to me that if the tenant knew that the service was out there and that they could get a bad rating on it it would make them less likely to skip out or damage a rental. (It works for eBay) Just a thought, but if anybody is interested in doing this I would be an investor I am always looking for five star tenets.
