I am constantly asked the same question over, ie: to prove that there is no loan on another property I own in Florida.. on which there hase NEVER been a loan, but how do you prove a non existance, its easier to prove something exists.At the point where I was asked to pay for yet another appraisal I have dug my heels in......

Im very new to wholesaling and being new i have only been putting up bandit signs for about 5-6 months great weather time so my methods where stample guns and stakes but now being located in the east coast its fall and the winds are picking up,, this methods are not as effective no more my signs are getting killed ... i constantly see them down do to winds .....what other methods can i use ????
