Trustee sales in your market are very competitive..

I used to use this list but heard in the last couple of years they have stopped supplying it or something of that nature.I'm looking to get good short sale leads, and NOD's are way too competitive in my area.

Now, I realize that if auctions were easy I would see my buying competition at them all of the time.  

Would it help realtor.com be more competitive to Zillow?

Flips are as good as anywhere, but it's also popular here, and a LOT of people do it already, and I've heard a few sources say that it's become very competitive here. 

If you have cash, you might try buying at the trustee sales, but there is stiff competition there as well....

The REO market for Cleveland seems much less competitive than Columbus and I would really like to return there.

The first having much more competition and leads will be more likely to come in from anywhere.

This is the time you can set up your shop.Also check Loopnet.com to see if $20/sqft is competitive.  

You dont see many stories posted here on BP of "I was house flipper fool and lost my a$$"  On here like those shows its the buy more more more its a competition thing.
