I am a big believer in making passive income and had real estate on the back of my mind, however like everyone else I was not sure how to get started.

The biggest lesson I learned is that there is nor time like the present.

I am willing to go as high as $480k but obviously would like to avoid it if I could do it for much lower. 

Wanted to get involved in a community such as BP and start to talk and meet like minded people.

But planning for the long term, I would like for my real estate portfolio to cover a 9-5 job in passive income.

But umbrella insurance doesn't protect against many things like mold.

I like the idea of single family homes as rentals for a variety of reasons.

looks like they are selling you the business but not the real estate. it looks to be a multi tenant strip mall type property.
