@Charles McMillian  unfortunately with the internet the way it is.. and with all the people starting their real estate journey's thinking that they want private money like its cheaper than hard money.. this has lead the scammers to fill this dream niche... now reality private lenders that are real are far and few between.. rarely if ever will make loans to people they are not already associated with.. and certainly do not have a web presence.Any one with a web presence is in the business of lending  or screwing the public with up front non refundable fee's and never making a loan.. just plain ole crooks..  

Solar panels are cheaper in China.  

Anyway, I'm super excited about the site and hope to learn some lessons for way cheaper than my first!

I keep trying to remind myself that cheaper is not always better.

We haven't quite paid off 20% of this house yet (should have bought in a cheaper area than Wortely, but hindsight is 20/20 lol).

HD is 6 weeks out which may be the case for all suppliers, but maybe someone else is cheaper for the same quality.  

Price is a little cheaper than CashFlowInstorsPortal.com.

Most people I know who decided to pay for access still came back to me with questions, and eventually decided it was cheaper and more efficient to work with a knowledgeable and responsive Real Estate Broker.Don't take this as me being protectionist as many Realtors are of the Real Estate systems we use - to the contrary - I think that quality Brokers will be in even more demand if consumers are allow more access to information than they current have.

However, for the cheaper leads ($50-$100 ones), where all they have done is agreed to be contacted at a later day for an "assessment" - they might even have put a price they had in mind, where we leave it up to the wholesaler / flipper to close the deal if they can come to agreement with the seller.

These folks are often cheaper than other contractors that are more well known.
