If I were in your shoes - I would get as many credits as possible from a community college and then transfer to a four year school so you can graduate from the name brand.

This apartment is brand new, I was made aware of an issue, and am taking care of it immediately (even though I find it hard to believe there is anything wrong given I was denied access to the apartment and the boiler was on downstairs).
