Bad move?

The bank wasn't allowing interior access, but I was able to talk to some of the neighbors as well as the previous owner, and found that this home (and the subdivision) was badly damaged by the floods.

Don't accept an inspection performed at the request of a seller or a realtor....it is bad ju-ju! 

Other than that, she's probably doesn't even know how badly she's screwing herself.As for repaying the former owner that rent they gave up to close, if the money came my way, yeah, I would do it.

Vacancies aren't too bad to fill, especially when priced right.

If prices are low it simply means it is not the prime choice to me.
