This is attainable in California because the housing prices are so astronomical that people that can afford that $2k a month cab’t afford to purchase.

Hey guys,I recently finished renovating some properties in Jacksonville, FL (Neptune Beach).

I have finished my first two BRRRR deals and I was wondering if anyone has experience BRRRRing a house without actually rehabbing the house. 

I’ve started some work on my own and am needing to work with a contractor to finish the project.

Of course, there will come a time during the process in which it might come up and at that time you can take the time to explain the situation to the seller, but hopefully you have already built up enough rapport with the seller and the deal is already approaching the finish line, so it won't be an issue.
