I had to sit down with a manager to do a couple minor tasks, and I mentioned that I also have a few other properties I own free and clear and intend on refi-ing or getting a line of credit on eventually, and he started suggesting this weird loan product that goes for 3% but is secured against the money I deposited.

NestEgg sets it up where they give reminders on items that regularly need attention; cleaning furnace, mowing lawn, etc. and then they give suggested vendors to perform those tasks

I guess it would all depend on the least that you have with that tenant how long they are there for and instead of selling try the Airbnb route to where it might be beneficial to have your expenses paid off faster of course depending on the location as well and considering if your state allows that kind of thing and there's no anti-competition laws or something like that.

My job do not require much labor so most of the time I am free because the tasks given to me I can accomplish in 30-60minutes.
