In our first few months as STR owners/managers, we've found that people REALLY like what we're doing with our log cabin and they are highly satisfied and giving five star reviews online. 

They're promoting themselves on podcasts, in person and online as syndicators and implying that they're taking deals through the cycle when in fact they're raising capital and then building little or no asset management experience.

Do you suggest using an attorney to do it or can you find ones online that can be edited?

I came across them online for a financing of $1 million+.

Do you do it online?

You can obtain the owner's name and mailing address from doing an online search at the Property Appraiser's Office; if it's in the name of an LLC,  you can google that name and often times find the corporate listing.

Do you have nice pictures online?

My suggestion would be, along with doing online homework, spend a day or two driving and exploring each. 

Does anyone have any thoughts or real world experience using company's like simple seg for online cost segregation analysis?
