I think the nicer western suburbs are still having bidding wars but i dont see that in the city, especially investor type properties that may need a little work.

@Amanda Aesho Yes flipping is very active, but competitive in The Western Suburbs of Chicago.

Form meets function in true mid-century fashion with a perfectly balanced structural layout, where walls of glass unite the spacious, flat backyard with the expansive living areas.

I ask because I am pretty familiar with the area, live with in 15 minutes, drive through it on my way to work everyday and obviously some of the most affordable real estate in western suffolk is there.  

One reason I'm bullish on Western NC is that many people, myself included, move here for irrational, lifestyle reasons.

I am curious how everyone feels about investing in Western North Carolina in 2023.
