Installing sidewalks east of the 205, improving the dismal drop out rate, actually preparing for snow instead of waiting for it to happen, staffing the police, opening Wapato as a shelter, dealing with the homeless/heroin/opioid crisis instead of wishing it away or playing the blame game-any of these would actually improve safety in the city.

THE HOUSE IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE LOCAL POLICE STATION WHICH THEY ARE AWARE OF SO I WOULD THINK THAT IF THEY WERE INTO ANYTHING ILLEGAL THAT THEY WOULDN'T LIKE BEING SO CLOSE TO THE COPS.BOTH HAVE BAD CREDIT FROM THE CAR CRASH BUT SEEM TO BE FINALLY GETTING ON THEIR FEET.

My 2/1 got $800.The tenants that I vetted are all very good and all current- I am owed $0 in past due rent.That being said, I did have a local police officer tell me earlier in the year that he thinks Spanish Lake is one of the worst neighborhoods in St Louis county.

Most memorable was years ago,, 6 plex, guy lived on 3rd floor,, fell off the wagon, his toilet busted water ran down thru the ceiling and damaged 2nd and 1st floor.. he threatened everyone in the building, LOUD music,, Numerous police calls,, all in about a weeks time.. then he threaten fire.. he was going to burn the place down..
