The first picture above is the subdivision with all of the duplexes and four-plex just to give you guys an idea of what I'm talking about.  

While you won't find many good deals, and they won't always have all of the important details available, you can use the inputs in the marketing package to practice going through the motions.

@Zachary P.Per Bankrate.com, as of "today", 30 year fixed refi, 0 points, seem to be between 4.160% to 4.533% That would be with the best financial picture.

So you can imagine that living in Maryland, the land of $400k 40-year old townhouses, as I read about these little homes, my mind is painting beautiful pictures of free and clear home ownership, with all the magical financial freedoms that entails.As @Doug McVinua very rightly points out, getting permission to build this house in the US may be very difficult and costly.

If you have pictures of how it was before you left, please post them, that would be cool to see.
