I recently purchased and renovated 4 manufactured homes on land, with the final unit having a tenant move in Saturday.

This remodeled newer manufactured home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with new laminate hardwood flooring throughout and brand new carpet!

Currently I am an engineer within the manufacturing industry by day, looking to get into real estate on the side.  

NOW for the other part.Property comes with an extra 50' wide city lot that is zoned for Manufactured homes.

My idea is to  purchase brand-new pre-manufactured homes and put them on the lot since they already have the septic systems in place and rent them out.  

Talking with other investors, and listening to every one of the BP podcasts, motivated me to manufacture my first deal.
