So I’m not really diving into buying something right this second but I figure if I meet agents or owners I hear and talk with the front line of people who are controlling these assets and go home game plan research until I feel the time is right.

They feel better protected that way

Unfortunately, I’ve encountered several issues with the agent’s conduct that have left me feeling misled and frustrated.

Try asking yourself these questions:Do you value more privacy and a traditional home feel (single-family), or are you comfortable with potentially closer proximity to tenants (duplex)?

I also recommend to talk to the contractor in person because there's for us it's a gut feeling if we feel we can trust someGood luck.

We feel it is a great place to be an investor.

Get this established up front, consider it a venting mechanism, so if one party feels frustrated they have a ready way to release it.
