I never get tired of reading this thread and I am always Anxious to read the latest thoughts I am about to renovate a basement next month And the flooring decision is next on the agendaI have had success with laminateBut if I can get a good price on allure I may just pull the trigger if for nothing else to compare outcomes And gauge impressions I will install next month if I go that route and will be sure to share my thoughts Thanks everyone for their comments

We used to allow dogs in all of our properties, but we got tired of fielding complaints from tenants about their neighbors dogs barking, etc, so we just made a blanket policy of not pets in multi-families.

I am kind of tired with STR investments up there.I do not think there is great value in LTR in that zip code, The economy is not so great there so it is not like there are many jobs and people move there for jobs.Finding good contractors is another pain most of them do not show up or do not do a decent job.Even cash flow might not be great considering you will have to pay community fees etc.

What works better than others is how you appeal to your targeted seller's emotions (tired landlord, absentee, probate, inheritance, etc).

She'll eventually forget to post or tire of her issues with you. 2) Your job is not to do anything stupid like respond and keep the argument going, which is like putting fuel on a fire3) This is a great argument for doing business (like renting) in the name of a business or corp entity so that your personal info isn't at risk.
