The problem with this was the traveling, lots of traveling, and I had small kids, two sons and a daughter (my daughter is currently 14 and my boys are 9 and 6).

Yes it does need work but one thing I noticed traveling China, Hong Kong, Singapore is they all have a huge infrastructure to support moving people around and that is key for growth!
