This might just be my opinion, but it seems like you'll get more versatility out of the listing that way, with more appeal for couples traveling together.- Have you been able to see the unit in person yet?  

Hey guys my latest idea has brought me to look further into building a non-medical billing company for businesses in my market where I would handle participating company’s billing needs and charge a % of collected income (hopefully this will help fuel some of my RE deals).

Ideally, I would like to have a passive income stream that allowed me to travel frequently.  

If the house is less than $250,000 single or less than $500,000 married  then most people won’t get into that situation.The problem is more for people that live in expensive areas like near major cities or things like medical or science hubs.  

I want to be able to pay for their education, live great experiences in travelling abroad and living a life of choices, not constraints.One last thing, I own an apartment in Paris that I have been renting for a few years now.
