Calling up “ for rent” apartment ads searching for tired landlords .

Any suggestions for finding the names of people who have inherited land they don't want or somebody who is tired of paying taxes on a lot they will never use and maybe have never even seen? 

@Jerryll Noorden you misunderstood, short version is they feed her seller leads and all she does is reply, ask script questions, basically runs it through a pre-canned system provided to her to sort legitimate motivated sellers with profit potential vs bs tire kickers.

I've been a part of the BP family since 2018 and am finally tired of life on the sidelines so I'm getting in the game.

All houses have capped access pipes to the main sewer, going through the toilet sounds like blowing air into the glove box in order to fill up the tires.
