What about people that work the twilight shift?

I've made a complete career shift in 8 months, without starving or going into foreclosure!!

When you make this mental shift then you will see a drastic change in the thought process.If it turns out to be not as hard then you feel great versus expecting it to be easy and have a huge let down when it turns out not to be that way.I transact commercial real estate and I love it with also being an investor myself.

The guys who dont adapt and change to the market are the ones hurt the most when the market shifts.

Maybe Cali is shifting like you say but I do not see a whole country phenomenon happening with that.

As I learn, grow, and build my portfolio I am going to focus on automating and streamlining as many processes as possible so as to further grow my income and be able to spend more time with my family.
