But I have the same experience no one picks up live and no one returns the call or if they do its 5 days later and I can't remember who they are etc.What is totally missing on BP and many of other social sites is talk about specifics on how to actually follow up and sales skills   ( what do I say when someone calls and I am a nervous wreck getting my first call)  not just read from a script.. great salesmen will out perform the book smart most all the time.

I think that the smart lady, Meghan McCallum from Illinois is saying that if you use Other People's Money to do Flip and double your money, that your return can be Infinite or something similar.

Is it always 'smart' to extend as far as we can no matter what?
