When I retired, I set up my own in our home, and it went great until the city somehow learned about us and sent me a letter telling me to shut it down immediately or risk large fines.

If you "terminate", you are also shutting down the employer that is the sponsor for the plan.  

@Luck Manuel I don't really have enough data on the Westin at this point, I hadn't had it for a full year before covid shut everything down.

@Derek Persuit - Yes, many business have shut down but then at the same time many new ones have started as well.  

Your account goes under review which is why you can't communicate but they still want you to honor standing reservations and then will shut your account down in a less than user friendly with a generic email that doesn't exactly explain much of anything.

Fortunately updating a small condo isn’t too big of a cost, but it may take a little more time depending on the building’s schedule (ie water shut off, etc).

is the management company Oceanpointe.. they just got shut down in INdy by the AG.. and to get shut down and lose your license is pretty serious offense you had to have REALLY done something not just clients whinning.. there had to be actual provable misdeeds..
