Perhaps there is one, but until that can be provided as justification for their decision it doesn't seem proper for USPS to be playing 'detective' telling people they can't hang a mailbox when there is a physical address on record with the county.Has anyone run into this too?

Honest opinion - this seems like a great opportunity for you with 70% LTV at 5.5% for a property this type/size - I would be very very careful if you need to get the other 20% as a relatively new investor - someone willing to lend the remaining 20% could easily take advantage or come up with terms that could cost you - definitely depends on the further info - but tapping the equity of your current rentals and taking down the full 30% equity stake in this acquisition would probably be the best bet

The appreciation for the property is definitely going to be long term and not short term, so selling now isn’t ideal.The property manager agreed to market it as a medium term rental, so we’ll try that, but it's new to both of us, and it seems like it would have to rent at $3700 to be profitable; does that seem too high to the folks here?
